Where in the UK do you do delivery?

Indigo Home & Gift delivers everywhere in the UK, however, we do not provide White Glove Delivery options for these postcodes:

Delivery to the room of your choice

By paying slightly extra you can upgrade your drop off delivery to Delivery to the room of your choice.

We advise to upgrade if your order contents are heavy or bulky.

This service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales

White Glove Premium Delivery

Ideal for customers who wish to have full service. This premium upgrade will cost you 25% of your order value and the service includes:
a) Delivery to the room of choice
(b) Unpacking & positioning of furniture
(c) Assembly of furniture if required.

Please note that the time scales shown are for items that are in stock. Anything marked 'Back Order' is out of stock. We will contact you with an estimated date of delivery when your order is placed.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

(Delivery timescale are estimated depending upon stock status and availability. All products on our website indicate an estimated delivery time. Items marked IN STOCK are delivered to you in maximum 21 working days, Items that require special finishes and are made to order may take at least 6 weeks. If you have ordered several items with different delivery timescales, you must apply the longest delivery time as the one estimating the delivery time for your order.

Please Note: Delivery time scale mentioned on the website in days for e.g. 4 – 10 days, are working days so if an order is placed on 1st of the Month and delivery time quoted is 4 -10 days then the order will be due to be delivered by the 12th of that month. Please allow us 7-10 days extra in case you have ordered a White Glove Delivery service where delivery and assembly of your order is required into the room of your choice.

We regularly update the delivery times of our products, however sometimes there is a possibility that an item may not be available in quoted timescale. In such circumstances, we will immediately contact you to update you regarding the situation.

Excluded Postcodes & Areas

(a) Far off postcodes PH, KW, PA, all Scottish Islands incur an added delivery surcharge of £79.99 regardless of order value. Please allow 7 to 14 days extra for delivery to Far off postcodes. (We do not deliver to Remote Scotland - Northern Ireland, Ireland or any Offshore Islands or the following postcodes: BT - GY - HS - IM - IV - JE - PO(30-41) - ZE)
(b) We do not deliver to Channel Islands, Shetlands, Isles of Wight, Isles of Sicily & Orkney Island. However we can deliver up to the nearest port and the customer will have to arrange onwards delivery. For more information feel free to get in touch with us.

How will you arrange my delivery?

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will contact you to book a date and time for delivery. You will be then offered a particular day when the couriers have planned a route in your area. You will also be given a 2 hour window for the time the delivery will reach your address. In case you are unable to accept delivery on the offered date, our delivery team will be happy to offer you another date, which will be probably the next date when they are next in your area.

Can you store my furniture for me?

We will happily store your furniture free of charge for up to 14 days, if not previously agreed. If we have to store your furniture for more than 14 days, we will move your order to a storage facility. This will be at a cost of £69 p/w. 

What happens on the day of delivery?

Finally the day when your order is going to be delivered!

Please ensure that you or someone you trust is available at the property to receive the delivery. If you have opted for the standard delivery, the item will be delivered to your door.

If you think you may not be able to assist the driver with heavy/bulky items, we advise you to select our 2 Man delivery to the room of your choice option. 2 Man Delivery service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales

If you have opted for Premium White Glove Delivery, then expect the full premium service, our drivers will unload the goods take the furniture to the room of choice, unpack, assemble & position it as per your requirement. We do not remove packaging as standard - but can offer to remove the packaging at £25.

White Glove Delivery service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales

Our deliveries are done in our own vans or through third party courier service. Please ensure that the property is accessible for furniture lorry or vans. If we are unable to access the property or find it unsafe for drivers to deliver, we may refuse to deliver and a re-delivery may incur an additional charge to you.

Please note that free door delivery will be done up to your front door only. In case of you living in a flat of a high rise building, delivery will be at the point of reception/concierge on the ground level. In case of Two Man and White Glove deliveries to higher floor levels, it will be done only if a lift is available which is large enough to accommodate your furniture items

What should I do once the item is delivered?

Once the item is delivered please check the item and make sure it's the item you have ordered, also make sure that you check the item for damages, and if you find any damages on the item(s) or the packaging please note the issue down on the delivery note before you sign up for the delivery. This will help us to put our claim forward with our suppliers/delivery company.
