What is Protect6?

Furniture is part of everyday family life. Spills, scratches, pet mishaps and other issues can arise, even when you take good care of your home.

Protect6 gives you access to a dedicated support process if something happens to your furniture within the  6-year care period.

Where a Service Request is accepted, Staingard may arrange practical assistance. This may include advice, cleaning products, a technician visit or other support, which may include cleaning, repair, replacement or retailer credit where appropriate, depending on the circumstances and the applicable plan terms.

Structural issues are considered after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. The examples above are illustrative of the types of matters customers may contact us about and do not limit Staingard Protect’s discretion under the plan terms.

Packaging disposal: We do not dispose of packaging as standard. We will dispose of your packaging for £25.

Delivery Outside Our Local Area

For deliveries outside of our local area, charges are calculated based on the distance from our store to your home. Delivery is priced at £6 per 10km, with a minimum delivery charge of £70. We can only offer a drop off delivery. If you're unsure what your delivery charge would be, just get in touch and we'll give you an exact quote before you commit to anything.

“Prior to placing your order, if you find the same item cheaper elsewhere then we will match the price!”

Subject to the following conditions:

  • The compared items must be exactly the same
  • The price must include VAT and all other charges e.g. delivery & assembly
  • The item must be new and not ex display, end of line or returned stock
  • The item must be at a standard price and not in a sale or on special offer
  • All information must be provided to enable us to verify the price
  • The alternative item must currently be available
  • Price Promise only applies to goods available from the UK
  • We can only extend our Price Promise guarantee up to the time that you place your Order.  After that, we have to place orders with our Suppliers at which point we are committed to our own contract conditions
